Amongst the Northmen there was a famous legend. One day Thor was traveling along the edge of the realm of the gods and encountered a fearsome Frost Giant. Determined to drive the Frost Giant out he hit him with such force that the land itself sundered, and a hole so deep that it reached Muspelheim was created. This mythical region where Thor fought the Frost Giant was known by many names, such as the broken land, and the dragon's maw. But whatever it was called there were two things that every Northmen knew for absolute certainty,that Thor himself had once tread upon this land, and that once again the land would see another great clash between titans.
