"I AM ♥♥♥♥, I AM THE LEADER OF ALL OF THESE IDIOTS!"

Tito ♥♥♥♥, Dickman baby! He hates Phil and loves the ladies. This version has one costume and moveset/logic. He's supposed to be strong, but he really doesn't show it. He uses the steel knuckles primarily. He has some comedy moves, just like you'd see in the Nutshack cartoon.

Give me some ideas on who to make next, we don't have enough cartoon people in Fire Pro!
