why are there so many positive reviews for this?
Played two maps and both times the ai was easily exploitable, blatantly ignored sound cues and seemed to chase whenever it felt like actually spotting the player that day.

The formula this game follows is amazing, the voice chat is so good with how it's implemented and I don't think a multiplayer Horror game has ever actually consistently succeeded in scaring me like this one has, while still being able to make me laugh at times. HEAVILY RECOMMEND, BUY NOW

From Game of the Year to Shame of the Year...

reusing the same like 4 monsters that are way too fast for your sprint, way too persistent for your stamina doesn't make for a fun experience. Also, sanity in general is a garbage mechanic. Surely the game will improve and be fixed, otherwise it'll be a sad display.

Pizza Tower has got to be one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing, 10/10 without even a shadow of a doubt.

The gameplay is absolutely addicting and while only slightly jarring at first, is extremely responsive and a real joy to learn and master. With only the arrow keys to move, shift to increase speed, z for jumping and x for grabs, it's insane how versatile one spastic Italian can truly be when you get a rhythm going (and that's not even beginning to mention Gustavo, another playable character that occasionally features with HIS OWN MOVESET ON TOP). Going for P-Ranks is a completely optional but thrilling experience and as someone who has done them all, even the hardest levels were satisfying in their own way.

The music is some of the most well crafted I have heard in a game. Every single track in the game can be enjoyed in it's own right, all thematically fitting for where you hear them and completely immerse you in the environment of the tower. From Pizza Time steadily increasing in speed and anxiety the longer it lasts to really make you wanna speed for the exit, to The Death I Deservioli hyping you up as you run for the P-Rank, there honestly isn't a single missed beat and in my opinion warrants purchasing the OST standalone as well.

The art style made me unsure of whether to get the game or not at first, but that only lasted a day and since then I have only enjoyed every second of the art style with how unique it feels and how much impact and life it adds to all of the sections you travel throughout. The humour of the game is also phenomenal and there are several things I have stuck in my head to this day.

Last of all, despite how jarring the skill ceiling looks, the general progression is very accessible anybody can pick this game up, beat it and enjoy it.

Basically, if you have the money, buy this game.
If you don't have the money, ask for this game.
You will not regret it.
