I have around 2k hours total on this game, counting steam and ps4. After all this time and money, blood sweat and tears, I can say CONFIDENTIALLY: no, I don't recommend this game ANYMORE.
Smurfs, Salty/Toxicity teens and adults, Egotistical Children (raised by teenagers it seems, all of em), Hypocrites, and Sore Winners/Losers. THIS, is the epitome of Rocket League.
This game is no longer fun. It's all gone. In casual, everyone sweats like its comp, yet teammates yell at you, when they missed those 2 open nets that not only would've tied, but won the game.

Everything fans wanted, Epic removed. They do not care about the players, and the players dont even give af abt the game, they just play because they're good an can't accept it's over.

It feels like the LoL playerbase now, toxic yet so addicted. Can't stop playing and spreading hate everywhere they go, LITERALLY. It's actually so bad for someone's mental to deal with your teammates in this game, seriously.
5/10. 5 is generous because it was great in the past. i will never recommend this to anyone ik anymore.

good as hell man. a year ago would've been an insta-refund. nowadays A:R has the chillest game lobbies i've ever been apart of. i join, chat with people, shooting the ♥♥♥♥. we then set plans for our OP, squads go in w/ full kits (no need to make money, just choose the weapons you want, squad up, plan out, and go balls deep.),
this has been extraordinarily more fun than the KOTH (still the better KOTH compared to A:3 tho) game mode, however i've played a bit and its way more comprehensible, UI wise and accessibility wise. i mean ♥♥♥♥, u can play this on an xbox controller... saying that about an ARMA game is as crazy as it comes. worth the purchase if ur into online military games. If you like squad, arma 3, etc. worth a buy and just give a server a shot!

*It's Year 104, My Tavern's are Known for their Entertainment, and Elves, Humans, Even Polar Bear People Arrive.*

-A human monster hunter decides he wants to hunt troglodytes down in my caverns.
-The cavern is inhabited by Dwarves and plant gatherers, so he's not alone.
-He takes a shot at a troglodyte from afar, and actually hits and kills one.
-This angers a group of trogs, who then jump him, first by bashing his teeth out of his mouth onto the floor, then tearing his head open and breaking basically every bone in his body.
-He fell unconscious, and this should be his end, however a 7 year old child who was playing make believe comes to the rescue, beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of the troglodyte, even punching his nose 15 feet onto the floor, before knocking him out, taking the human to my medical bay.

Can't wait to see if he lives, he's MANGLED. This is Dorf Fortres
