2) No, it is not common for a condom to be wide. There is no mini size PP, the size is unique;

3) Although 3 cm is a very small size, it is possible for the partner to reach orgasm during intercourse, so if this does not occur in their relationships as mentioned, it may be a lack of competence on their part;
