Overall the game still retain the main distinguishing factor of a Age of Empires game, which is the languages the units speak which now changes or evolve as your Civilization ages up.

It's a Mix of AoE 2 Game Design with AoE 3 Graphics and adding in some more interesting features such as setting up archers on top of walls, Cavalry charges, and differentiating between Archers and Crossbows as there's been some games where I just stick to Archers while playing as French or HRE.

The Main Complaint is the UI Art Style that is pretty much lacking, while the UI for the game isn't that big for a full art on the buttons, some art of the unit and tech would be nice to have.

Not really a Complaint but ever since AoE 2 : HD/2013, the Age of Empires Team seems to highly focus on African Nation, which I liked some of their play style and history, but I think the Malians Civ came in too early before a more recognizable Civ like the Spanish, Italians, Scots, Korea, Japanese, and Byzantine.
However I would be interested to see how they design other Civs like Aztec, Mayan, and Inca.

this game have a Rough start, but even with some of the community accusing the developer to be those kinds of people, they still try to adds more into the game, from Adjustable Custom Player Colors, Maximum Age, and hopefully map size so 2 Player game can be played on a 4 Player Map Size.

Only few of the Name Changes are dissapointing, but the Colonial to Commerce Age change is pretty redundant since there's some people who called it the Second Age, while most only makes it sounds cooler, like the Tokala Soldier.

Overall pretty good, although needing some mods to cater the needs for different playstyles.
Especially the No Supply Lines Upkeep really helps cheaper supporting armies rather than all elite armies.

My only problem with Campaign is Minor Port Settlement should have an option to build and Demolish ports, as some faction doesn't really get much use for Minor ports(Bretonnians for Example)

Give me the choice to "Not" play with squad.
finding squad members is a pain in the ass after the update.
it took me 5 minute to be in battle before the update
now it took about 20 minutes to be in battle,and in the battle where the enemy has hold the objective 98%

Good but the DLC are Overpriced.
