Great game! Mechanics make it fun to learn and develop your skill. I've put a lot more than 41 hours in between pc and console.

The day to end all DayZ

This game was absolutely fantastic for me. I love the zombie survival with others running around that want to kill you as well, really keeps me on my toes. The map can be beautiful and horrific at the same time. I really like the amount of guns they have and locations on the map. This game is great, the spawn points for some items can be a little offset and the rate at which you can find good weapons and gear with absolutely no transportation to steal can be upsetting. Sometimes turning a spawn into a 20 minute run until you can actually get good stuff, hoping you don't die immediately after by someone camping waiting for others. In all I would say this is a great game I have some time on it, through the early access with the updates and some of the bad things would be hackers. I believe there needs to be tighter security on this because most hackers get drunk with power and just go on a chase down and killing spree. Which lowers the fun factor. If there were no hackers, this game definitely needs to work on their modes of transportation in order to give a fresh spawn a quicker way to get around. I understand they want to make it realistic but sometimes to real can be an issue.

Immediately I disliked the bug causing me not to be able to log in, the launcher wouldn't launch and it wasn't an issue with my windows username. After repeatedely clicking play, it eventually started. Coming from consoles I can tell you the graphics are smooth and gorgeous! (Much better than console which is gritty-360) The FPS gameplay is definitely immersive, this game is worth the $60. Not only will the story take you long enough, but going online just adds an infinite amount of additional gameplay hours. Play by yourself, with a friend, or a stranger and you'll have a great time!

Rust-away
Previously in Rust, I was playing the game with zombies, instead of the bloody (or red) animals. I have also logged on after the update that replaced the zombies, and I have to say I'm a little torn, yet, I understand why they want to do the natural survivalist game, seeing as every game seems to be a zombie game now a days (not a complaint). This will be mostly the general game play, setting, and feel of Rust.
So as a brand new naked guy that is spawned in the middle of nowhere, yea that's right butt naked, born from mother earth herself as if a miracle had just bloomed a huge horned flower, that blossomed into you. You start by running and harvesting materials from animals, trees, and rocks, if your smart. If your not smart you'll run until you find someone that is going to kill you, or you'll run far away from a bunch of hostile animals, but let's pretend your smart. So as you gather materials you will probably start wondering "what am I doing with my life"... in the game I mean. Well you can open your inventory up and as far as now you look center top of the screen and you will notice a tab named "crafting". Curious? Click it. You'll find a list on the right side of your screen pops up. This is a full list of things you can create, once you click an item, it will drop a material, and quality list below that. Now that I've tricked you, Ill make you aware that out in the open world those red animals I mentioned occasionally drop "loot bags" that may contain things like "blueprints" which if used with an item that is not in your crafting list, will create a spot for that item, as well as include materials, and quantity. Also in towns or civilian buildings you will find chests that can contain the same things. Typically better loot, as well as a higher quantity.
Once you've gotten further down the line in the game, you'll have a house and some things inside that house. Maybe you'll also have chosen to wear some clothes. Whatever it is you'll find that the game kind of ends once you have found and learned to craft all items, in the sense that there isn't really any story to the game yet. Who said you need a story to play a game though? Altogether this game has a very exciting and expandable foundation for what could be one of the best survivalist, crafting games of it's gen!
