Terraria has more of focus on mob variety and explortion. More emphasis on things like boss battles and rare mineral farming, and it's those things that make this game appealing.

It's honestly a little bare without the DLC, but if you do have those, then the game is pretty good. It can suck you in and just absorb hours of your life away.

Better than Borderlands 3. Tiny Tina DLC is easily some of the best DLC ever made for an FPS. Give this a shot if you didn't like Borderlands 3 and you'll realize why this series was so loved.
