This is better than MTGO, and cheaper too, especially if you like to play the game. Never spent a dime on it, great experience.

Pretty fun, but also pretty simple.

Very much like MWO, if you're into games of "Armored Combat" you might see a lot of similarity, but since there's only like 2 buttons to learn in this game and nothing really complex to learn it has like 15k+ online every time I've been on.

I like it, but without a squadron [at least a 3-player team] it's very shallow.

Still fun, but there's not a lot here to chew on unless you're ready to squadron-up.

This is one of the best games I've played in years, and the only Battle Royale out there worth playing.

It's hard though, so if you can't git gud then don't even bother. That's why the game is on life support, it's hard and unforgiving. As you can tell I've put a lot of time into this game.

I can tell you there aren't as many hackers as the reviews here would like you to believe. I encounter FAR more hackers in Battlefront 2. There are SOME hacks (show me a game that doesn't have them), but they aren't as prevalent as they once were - probably because the lowered population of the game has driven them elsewhere.

By the way, all three main maps have been in rotation for the last several months. Every day there are two maps, so quit complaining about that. Do not listen to those of who left the game and never came back once in the last 9 seasons. It's possible they don't know what they are talking about.

As far as the game being dead, I have played every single day since season 2. EU servers are rocking good numbers of players, but NA servers are filled with man-children who got mad when the map flipped once. Since the introduction of Vera is S7(?) NA servers have been totally dead. Now they only light up during the LTM modes daily.

You shouldn't play this game if all you're going to do is look for gear and complain that every bullet that hits you is from haxxorx when someone beans you. You shouldn't play this game if you want a single-player experience, but 95% of team mates (especially on EU) are so brain-dead you'd be better off alone. You shouldn't play this game if your stress inoculation is low to non-existent, you'll be shot and die mad.

Bullets go through walls. Especially large bullets through small walls. Physics and all. Also, different equipment has different value on different maps. On Europa, the glider may be the best way to move around freely - but on Vera the glider will get you nice and shot.

Be smart, spawn near your team mates, stick together and cover each other. With the in-game tools you don't even have to speak with them, or speak the same language. However, EU players need real practice.

The last thing I will say is DO NOT SPAWN NEAR ENEMIES UNLESS YOU BE ABOUT THAT LIFE. You will die, less than 1 minute in on average. I see morons do it all the time...crawl right into a hectic gunfight, get caught immediately and stick the rest of the team with one less gun for that map. Spare me your weak sauce.

I sank a lot of hours into this, then the Sohei pack came out and it was over.

Uninstall.

This game was better when I had to pay for it.

1) Game is cool...or could have been.

2) You can only play it for a very short time each day since it is online only and there are no players online. In two days, I've seen two matches played.

3) Generally there is one match at a time, if you are lucky. So you have to play whatever races are fighting.

4) Euro servers only, apparently. Good luck in the US with 200 ping.

5) Do Noy Buy. We don't need any more trash where you can't play the game whenever the hell you want.

Get you some of that righteous samurai multiplayer, fool!
