This game has a fun style, great music, and overall aesthetic. The game-play is interesting and the interactions between trying to maximize viewers/profits while also trying to please lobbyists, advertisers, and avoid scandals/the mob means that you're not always simply playing dominant strategy. Each week is a new challenge filled with new and interesting objectives, and its a race to get the best scoop before you have to ROLL THE PRESSES! Really fun and totally worth it!

It's like Banished but better. It has elements of other great city builder/sim games. Very chill and cozy, great atmosphere and music. Amazing game to just hang with friends (and sometimes steal their coins).

Amazing pacing and progression! Really fun combination of adventure and management. I love the art style and the little cinematic animations.

This game is like if Age of Empires was a zombie tower defense game...an extremely hard and fun tower defense game!

Amazing adventure game! The main mechanic is quick time events to catch the fish, and avoiding unspeakable horrors navigating your boat through the waters. There is a lot of atmosphere, style and content. I finished one ending but left a lot unexplored. Lots of replay-ability to figure out different endings, discover the truth of what's going on, and finding all of the fish types.

My FisherDwarf was feeling increasingly saddened due to living an unexciting, safe life free from danger and adventure. They grew melancholic with the humdrum daily trip to the pond outside the fort, where they'd catch some turtles that the other dwarfs would turn into soup and shells used in crafts.
They started to do ANYTHING to feel excitement, they began starting arguments with the expedition leader, or brawls at the tavern.

...So, I made them head commander of the Fortress Militia. They immediately threw on the finest armor we had available, marched outside, and wrestled an alligator to the death. It was their death, not the gators, but they died with a smile on their face, getting to finally live the high adventure life for which they so longed. They were laid to rest in the tombs and the gator was hunted down, skinned, and their children now wear it for some leather vests and backpacks. 11/10 would promote FisherDwarf again.

It's the final boss for civ management games. If you live for games like Civilization, Factorio, Satisfactory, Cities Skylines, or Oxygen Not Included, this is for you. The learning curve is steep; you will need to watch some youtube tutorials in addition to reading through the in-game ones. (I recommend the Let's Learn Dwarf Fortress series from Kitfox Games' youtube)
The UI takes some getting used to as well. Be prepared to spend your first fortress learning how to play. I'm several hours in and just discovered that with a manager I could set work orders instead of building everything one at a time.

It is a challenge to learn the mechanics, but once you start, the emergent stories and amazing depth of detail in the wold reveals why this game is in the Museum of Modern Art's video game display.

If you loved Sim City 2000 or others like it, you need this. It's the definitive city builder.

There's zombies everywhere. You fight off a few with just your raw strength and maybe a frying pan. You chance upon a hand gun and some bullets, you go to fire just to discover that you don't have a magazine for the gun... That's the level of detail in this very difficult zombie survivalcraft. Very rich in depth of content, very detailed mechanics and game systems, with a very caring developer who's constantly working on it.

Definitely get if you like very challenging survival crafts. Very fun with friends.

Really amazing and emotional story driven, choose-your-own adventure style survival craft. I came to this one after wanting to check out more of 11 bit studios' games after playing Frostpunk, and it was totally worth it. You can see the inspiration and mechanics that led into Frostpunk, but on a more intimate and story/character driven scale.
