You find yourself in a strange forest without any memory of how you got there. As you walk around, you notice a shadowy figure watching from a ledge above you, half hidden in the mist swirling around the trees of the forest.
"Welcome traveller." The voice came from the person watching you, it sounds female, yet you can't be too sure.
"Who are you? Where am I?" You ask, reaching for your sword, unsure.
"I have many names, some of which I do not reveal.
I have been know as a Ranger of the forests in Tyria, I have also been known as a Nonvul Dovahkiin, in the fair lands of Keizaal.
Many names, many faces. Which is the real one you ask? You may never know.." The person says, but you cut them off;
"Why am I here?! And as I asked before where am I!" You're getting annoyed, drawing your weapon you advance towards the person, holding it up.
"You came here of your own will, as for your other question, this is a place long forgotten, I shall not utter it's name." The person still doesn't move, even as you start to climb up towards them. Halfway up the ledge the person speaks;
"Stop where you are, if you value your life, I can, and will defend myself." with a slight tilt of their head they add "And beware, I am known as a great warrior in the realms I have visited." At that the person drew a bow, and fitted an arrow to it, aiming it at you.
"Then how do I leave!" You ask, angrily.
"There." The person pointed, you looked and saw a shimmering vale near where you had started, you hesitated, it could be a trap!
"Go, it will not harm you, I give you my word on that." The person said, lowering their bow, and placing a fist over their heart.
Finally decided, you leave through the vale, and back into the world you know.
