What type of saving throw do you have to succeed to not be tickled ???

really cool guy but we like to play dungeons and dragons and he really likes to tickle people. he doesnt do anything else but tickle people especially men & sometimes he even kidnaps them even really important NPCs and it really derails our campaign.
