Gotta say -- I LOVE IT!

The core of the game I loved is here and the quality life of improvements are nice.

Played it from beginning to end. I didn't experience any major bugs or crashes.
The game ran smooth at 2k resolution and graphics and text were great.

This was a nice little port of a classic.

For a $3 game I was very pleasantly surprised by the depth and replay of this game.

Its still in early access but seems very polished and complete.

I played this game when it first came out in 2005. The remaster has the charm of the original. Sure the game feels a little dated but its still fun.

Highly recommended.

This can basically be summed up as, "More of the same"

They have fleshed the game out a bit more with multiple cities to visit and conqueror. The skill tree is largely the same from the first one with a few new meaningful additions.

The first act of the story started off well with being trapped within a sieged city fighting off enemy attacks. It gives the game a sort of grand scale feeling. After this it largely follows the path of the first one. You're a solo man going around recruiting captains

I do wish they had gone more in depth with the city conquests. I had hoped to be able to design my armies more with a focus on strategy similar to say the Total War series. Instead they're just grand scale missions with the AI grunts fighting each other and a race to get a few capture points in the city leading to a one on one battle with the War chief of the city.
It could have been so much grander with battle formations and massive artillery smashing down walls for your troops to enter.

All and all I'll give this game a "Buy it when it's on sale for $40".

Its good hilarious fun with friends. Your heart pumps when Jason is in hot pursuit.

Fun mindless shooting. A great Co-Op game to jump into.
