This game has something that I have not seen in years in other AAA or Indie titles.

Oddest game I have played in years, meta is weak, gunplay mediocre, but the atmosphere...
Somehow, something just lures me back.
It is pretty, and now when all kiddyes jumped to D2, empty streets do actually feel empty.
I like it.

It Warthunder. Dread it, run from it, it still exists.
The game flexes from update to update, some making the game fun, some breaking the meta completely.
Still. It is a jugernaut.
And I can respect it.

Though the development for this game stagnated throughout the years, I still find the end product to be quite enjoyable. Meditative even.
Definitely will recommend to grab it on sale.

Sadly, this is just another rehash of the previous game. Barely any change was done (besides cosmetics) and no optimization whatsoever.
Still, it is playable and can be fun with mods. But that is just about it.

Sadly, the game stumbled before it even came out of the gates.
A year ago the game admins "forced" you to use the mic, coordinate, and play together.
Now, it's just another semi-realistic ww2 shootemup, no one speaks, no one coordinates.
You will be lucky to find at least 1 squad on the server that plays together.

Sadly, I liked the game when it was half done. This... Is a failure of a promise.

Micro\Macro management that leaps above anything else on the (stale) market. Mods make it even better.
Perfect for a true cim city fan)

Running a mission, dodged\killed npcs, killed by random bear.
returning to base, killed 3 steps away from the safe zone by a bear.
trying to loot own corpse from previous bear related death, killed by a bear that was camping in nearby bushes.

bear/10 will play again.

This game is not doing well. I spent 15 minutes waiting to be connected to the lobby only to be thrown into 1 ... in asia, and it was also empty. 15 more minutes later and not a single player connection. For the interest of it I went online and checked the servers status. ... All empty with just 3 ... 3 servers with people on.

Despite the early stage of the development (quite literally the "Bare bones minimum" or "proof of concept") the game does show a lot of potential for the future of it. Adding to it this is not a F2P game like the rest of the games like that one. Definitely would recommend.
