Game is epic. If you like complete randomness on runs and building awesome spells you will love it

I love Dota, been playing since it was a huge burden and you needed third party software to run it in WC3. This version has so much potential but just cannot seem to get out of the same loop. Every single match, and i mean every. single. one, has kids that yell in foreign languages at you. I am no bigot, I am very liberal. I love Spanish speaking countries and their people. I do not want to play with some 12 year old Spanish kid who I cannot communicate with and yells at the team when he does bad.

The matchmaking system is so flawed that it causes you to go in huge streaks. With little to no effort you can find endless literature regarding this. There is no enforcement mechanism to ensure you rise out of the ranks of smurfs/griefers. You can log in, spend 4 hours playing and essentially learn/gain nothing. It is a huge waste of time in its current form, the game is designed to shoehorn you into low ranks with no way out.

To give you an example of this, i got 6 MVPs in a row, and then lost 10 straight games with zero chance of winning. I am not talking me being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i mean my team having net losses of 30+ deaths, zero communication, no clear role they pick or care about, the list goes on. There is no real enforcement mechanism keeping people true to the systems they set up. If you want to troll your team, have at it, no consequence. You can report and ban 10000 people, you will still get griefers in your games.

Make a real behavior system, make a real matchmaking system that works for everyone. Do not waste your time on this game until they fix these things.

This game is fantastically well made. You can explore literally everywhere and there are seemingly infinite ways to complete puzzles. I have only one complaint, the monsters/fighting portion seems more of a lazy addition than an actual challenge. Kudos to the developer.

Very buggy

This game is a real delight and i know it is in Early Access so i will keep it short and sweet.

It's amazing to me that i did not know more about this genre, i love tower defence and i love RPGs and this almost seems like both. Its perfect in itself, its super challenging (easy games are a complete joke), its got great depth, great cohesion as a whole, but it lacks one thing.

This game needs a goal. If the map was designed as such that you needed to defeat it then this game would be, in my eyes, perfect. Although i LOVED learning everything about it, it falls short on a true gaming experience. How do i defeat the corruption? How do i conquer the map?

I am well aware it is in Early Access, just giving my two cents. Good luck developer!

There are a ton of cheaters, play the private modes esea etc. This game needs to be screened better.
