An easy recco for someone who likes Borderlands 2. It feels like what Borderlands should feel like (a feeling they lost during Pre-Sequel), and it's a world that makes you want to jump back in whenever you have some free time.

Great small tactic XCom-like game with smooth progression and the right amount of RNG. Does get a bit repetitive to replay the same map and see the same stories, but overall it's highly recommended.

Hard to recommend this game if you're going solo. Got killed by some fella in all white gear in less than half second, I didn't even manage to spot him. Read in the forums that the anti-cheat doesn't work well, so there's that.

Highly recommended. While there's a fair bit of RNG in the skills you can pick up, picking the right combination is often very satisfying.

Game was released since 2018, and still crashes at the littlest thing on a high-end PC in 2022. You can still see a 'download this workaround until I decide to patch it' pinned post - from way back in 2018.

Not worth even buying on discount until the dev patches it properly.

An amazing 'Zelda-like' experience. Full of secrets worth your while, with stylish boss fights and just enough to keep you going for that little bit more each round.

Really short experience - completed in less than 3 hours on first playthrough. Enough variety to make it never feel old, but man I wish there was more.

Save for a single crash, the game runs smooth and loads quite quickly.

If it wasn't so broken, I WANTED to say it's a great retro style game with over-adrenalized macho nonsensical storyline and dialogue.

Unfortunately, game is marred by one needless function - it keeps trying to connect to the FC3BD server which always fails. To make matters worse, you can't skip the attempt to connect, and it breaks the pace of the game by making you wait long minutes every now and then when you activate the menu.

Devs say development has closed - but they didn't bother to weed out this annoying bug before they went. If you're new and reading this, hopefully I've saved you a purchase until they decide the issue is worth fixing.

One of the most polished action-roguelikes I've played to date. RNG factor isn't too strong, and the decisions you make will be felt later in the run. Highly recommend.

One of the best roguelikes around - right up there with Slay the Spire. The RNG is a bit stronger than most and Divinity is mad punishing, but still a fun ride.
