This trilogy has been some of the most fun I've had playing games. Amazing gameplay, and 47's story is actually extremely well told and highly underrated. I know it's not a popular opinion but I also very much enjoy the creative route they've taken with most of the levels in this final entry. I just wish they added a few more maps with more replay value. Overall, though, an absolute blast all the way through.

Why am I not recommending this, I hear you ask? Because no singleplayer game that has an always online requirement deserves to be recommended, ever. I'm sorry. You don't want people to pirate your games? Then give actual ownership back to the customer. Simple as that. And no, having an extremely limited "offline mode" (where all progression in the game is unavailable btw) isn't good enough. It shouldn't even have an online mode period. It's a singleplayer game for crying out loud. I wish I could recommend this game, I truly do, but this always-online-single-player-game epidemic has gone too far now. The only way to stop it is to vote with your wallets, folks. Do not buy this game. Take a page out of Edward Kenway's book and sail the seven seas.

What a massive L. Remove this "feature" from this game, IO Interactive, and I'll change my rating, because other than that, this game is a 9/10.

Edit: Yes, I obviously understand you don't actually own the game itself, you just own a license to access a copy of it, that still doesn't change anything. Steam has been up and running for decades now, nobody's ever lost any game license, countless online games have come and gone during that time period however. Stop saying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the comments please if that's the extent of your argument.
