Game is awful. Dont waste your time with this. Go play Payday 2 or something else.

Good gameplay. Combat feels great. Excellent graphics. Game is easy even on "Hard Mode". You will spend most of your time grinding for gears and leveling up your descendants/weapons.

The story isnt all that memorable.

All items are definitely obtainable through gameplay. You dont have to spend money with one exeption. The only way you can expand descendant slot is by purchasing it is more of a choice not a must.

*Updated November 2024. Unfortunately the game ran out of content. Gameplay loop is not entirely satisfying or fun to play. Hence the drop off rate of players compared to initial launch.

I do hope the developers will improve this game in the future.

Still plagued with bugs especially for mouse and keyboard users. The current workaround is editing the .ini files. Issues ranging from mouse input eg. "mouse acceleration" to graphical settings. Look elsewhere as there are plenty of better optimized options.
Requested a refund because i will not support shoddy developers.

Updated for the expansion dlc.

Basically rendered base game useless and made the game pay to win. PVP is competitive. To stay competitive you need best gear, optimum builds etc.

What happens when the developers release DLC every 6 months. Seeing how the trend in this industry is, this is not an impossibility.

At least fps games they limit the exercise to only cosmetics, no game-changing mechanics. So you as the consumer have the option to purchase items without impacting gameplay.

Here we dont. Either buy the dlc or end up as fodder by those who do.

Has serious technical issues affecting gameplay. ZOS has changed game to cater to filthy casuals. PVP is left for dead. Past its peak downhill from here on out.

This game is at its very best when played with friends. Thousands of hours of pure fun can be had. Can connect people from all around the world without any gamebreaking effects. The game may give you a seemingly difficult challenge, however with the right crew . . . nothing is impossible.

Developers continue to support this game !

Better than Payday 3 >.<

Do not bother with this game. It was designed for multiplayer action however there arent enough players at any given time. Gameplay mechanics seemed decent based on tutorial missions.

If this game was released for the NES back in the day, it would have been a solid hit ! Very entertaining game with good gameplay.

Just Wow. Beautiful game. A great stroy and engaging characters with lush spectacular world. Irrational Games, the developer truly outdid themselves. Two thumbs up.

Addictively good. Currently the best turn-based strat game out there. High replaybility. Simply love this game.
