Really enjoyed this title! Definitely a massive improvement from the original.

+ The environment set up is far superior to its predecessor and the deaths of the other students made a lot more sense and were better executed.

+ It actually got quite interesting seeing how many different ways there were to die. Adding a list where you can track the different ways you've died was actually quite amusing.

+ There's actual personality & plot differences between the male and female player character which made it feel worth playing through both.

+ True endings are short and sweet, but very much worth it! Both characters feature different versions of the same ending.

The only negative comment I have on it is that there's a glitch that can prevent you from moving forward in the storyline completely which can only be corrected by starting over in a new save file. Annoying perhaps, but once you've played through and got the hang of it it's pretty quick to get back to where you were.

10/10 would play again.

10/10 would use sister's name for in-game identity again to keep myself from admitting that my love life has been reduced to playing a pidgeon dating sim

This is a very short game that isn't the most aesthetically or mechanically pleasing--however I'd definitely recommend playing it. The concept is so simple yet clever and it served the atmosphere it was going for. It really made me stop and think about my own perceptions.

Like other reviewers I'd say it's much better to go in blind and experience it on your own rather than looking things up...it's a quick game so it won't take too long.

I'm usually not overly picky about things and even if I think a game is bad I can find a few redeeming things about the experience--however this was not the case for this game. I did not enjoy it at all; in my opinion everything seemed to drag, the storyline was uninteresting, and to make matters worse the voice overs were so horribly done and corny that I couldn't take anything seriously (though I am speaking only for the English version). I understand that this is a free game, however I've seen and played better free games than this. My only reasoning for playing this game ever again will be for the achievements.

Like many others, I became bored after the first half an hour or so of playing it because there seemed to be no direct objective or explanation on anything--the whole thing seemed pretty pointless and overhyped. However when I decided to return and achievement hunt the ♥♥♥♥ out of the game, it became a lot more fun and even a little challenging in some parts. Definitely a great game to play when you want to kill time, though I wouldn't spend $10 for it--I'd definitely recommend waiting for it to go on sale if you want to get it.

South Park: The Stick of Truth filled the empty void in my heart that wanted a game that delivered male abortions, the ability to throw your own ♥♥♥♥ at your enemies, and an opportunity to see first hand the issues Canada is having with Dire AIDS.

It's like an interactive episode and every ounce of this game is a gem, even down to the "junk" items--and don't even get me started on how priceless the dialogue is! For people who are fans of the show, it really holds up to the show's standard of comedy and makes more than enough references to episodes. As for people who have never watched it before, if you enjoy crude humor this is totally your game and you can enjoy it even without getting all of the references.
Also, there is a legitimate reason why you cannot play as a girl so don't get booty bothered about it, ladies.

The only issue I have with it is that even when I followed exactly what some of the mini tutorials told me to do (you can't skip them), I still couldn't perform the moves until rage quitting and Googling to see that it's a common issue and you have to do something else. Then after all of that nonsense, I could get away with performing the move without anything the tutorial made me do. & Even when using a controller for most of the game, there were some parts where I found myself having to switch to the keyboard which is a pretty minor annoyance, but I feel it was worth mentioning. Despite this, the good outweighs the bad completely and considering that I'm going to play through a second time, the issues I've had really aren't that bad.

Overall, this game isn't the hardest to play but it is incredibly enjoyable to play through and I truly recommend playing it if you're bored or looking for a game with a comedic storyline.

10/10 will sex scene battle again

I fell in love with this game immediately, it's so nostalgic yet refreshing at the same time. While gaming visuals, gameplay, etc. have greatly improved especially within the last decade, it's really felt like a lot of gaming companies are in competition for the wrong things. I think people get so wrapped up in all these different things that they forget that video games are supposed to be fun. Undertale is one of the few games I've actually thoroughly enjoyed playing in a very long time--definitely worth the buy. It's not the most impossible game to play, but it is incredibly enjoyable.
