Bad console port, issues including:
1) When starting the game, it sets its own sound level in Windows sound mixer to something like 5-30/100 so the volume level is much lower than everything else (100). Must alt-tab to set it each time playing.
2) Cursor is not shown unless you run the game in borderless windowed mode. Naturally, you must change the screen resolution manually each time before playing the game if your desktop resolution is something else than the in-game resolution you want.
3) Graphics setting 'borderless windowed' is not saved properly, it resets back to 'fullscreen' whenever you start the game. So you must set it back to avoid the cursor issue.
4) Default key bindings: You know what happens when you change your weapon with the tab key while running with the shift key.
5) Often the tab logic gets stuck somehow and the weapon selection menu opens randomly until you restart the game.

OK game, not as good as Vice City. Culturally valued item that every gamer should have played already.

Mostly playable on Windows 10. Some bad bugs like the one where the game crashes each time when a car explodes if you have a multi-monitor setup. Must install unofficial patch or change monitor setup to be able to complete some missions.

Fun for the first 6 hours then it is over :/

The amount of fun is kinda ridiculous.
