this game is so hard it took me 2 hours to make it past the first boss. I can't even imagine what the rest of the game will be like.

Aw hell fucin yeah its finally here! Used to play this on the Xbox 360 for hours. As many people have said it's not as deep of an RTS as most others, but for those who like halo lore, or just want it for nostalgia's sake, it definitely has replayability.

I thought i was a creative and intelligent person able to adapt to many different situations

DayZ meets rust with less bugs and glitches. It's so much fun and for $10 on sale probably one of the best bargains on Steam right now. It's hilarious when you and your friends get guns and ammo and just roam around as a death squad. I love this game.

As many have said, it is kinda like space truck simulator in the sense that trade grinding will bring in the most in game money in the shortest amount of time. That being said its always good to have a lot of $$ to be able to do anything else without worry.

HOWEVER, there is much more to do than just that, and honestly, this game is about anything but reaching the endgame, and I feel that a lot of people miss that. Combat, but mostly exploration, is the reason a lot of people join this game. It has a very high learning curve, with the tutorials teaching you only the most fundamental basics, then throwing you out into the void to find a way to make it. The good thing is that many experienced and more well off players, myself included, enjoy helping the new players out, and there are plenty of player groups out there designed to help noobs and experienced players alike, which brings me to the community as a whole.

Due to the fact that this game is an installment in a series going all the way back to 1984, the majority of the player base is older (Think mid 20s to 30s), and thus for the most part, more mature. I find this to be a refreshing and nice, especially knowing people my age (18), and myself included, can be dickwads to others sometimes. Mostly everyone you come across will extend you a welcome greeting, ignore you, or maybe even help you out if you're new. Of course, this game doesn't come without griefers, but they're a small percentage of the community, and there's groups and players dedicated to keeping them away from the starting star systems.

Overall a great game with a great community. There's few things I'd want to change in this game, and plenty of updates to come from the devs in the near future. Although they aren't necessary, I'd highly recommend picking up the season passes along with the game to enhance your experience.

Sometimes, this game makes me feel like a pro. Other times, it makes me question my existence. In this game, I learned what lag truly is. I learned to hate Russians, squeakers, anyone with a private profile, and people with that stupid smiley face at the end of their name. I learned to think bigger, rage harder, improve more, and to hell with anyone who says COD is better. The reason this game is so addicting, is not becuase of the cases, thats a seperate addiction in its own. The reason is that there's no limit to improvement. Got Global? Nice, now go play ESEA PUGs. Good at those? Get a team and play in IM, main, open, premier, or heck, even invite should you get there. Sometimes I wish I had never found this game, becuase it has taken up so much of my time. But sometimes, I'm glad I did.

5/7 would play again
