easy gameplay but story and voice actors are great.

Creepiness is like silent hill both monsters and soundtracks. Gameplay is a bit of RE,SH and Amnesia. Camera placement is a bit shty. Overall its good for an old game. Get it only on sale.

I dunno if I would recommend it, so I'll just press thumbs up. I'm 50/50 on this one.

Edited my review from thumbs down to thumbs up, I had an issue with the smashing the button on catching fish. But on steam deck you can set up a control set up.

Step 1: press steam button
Step 2: Assign a settings for another "A" button. In my case I used R5 which is on the back of steam deck, after setting it to "A" button beside it click the settings of the new A button, then tick the Hold to repeat (turbo).

You are good to go, you wont be needing to smash the "A" button again. Issue fixed.

RE Fan since ps1 days. I avoided RE7 and 8 for few years since they made FPS. I told myself RE is dead, they diverted too much on their predecessors. Then I run out of something to play, I saw the RE7 and 8 on sale and it have overwhelming reviews. I gave it a try.

Damn.. its better than RE5 and 6. The horror is back and everything is a maaterpiece specially RE8. I cant wait for the upcoming RE Series. Though I still miss the regular zombies from t virus, the molds have different feeling on it.

Dont skip this two RE dont be like me. Play now those who judged it with out playing. Trust me, its perfect.

Massive fan or resident evil TPS game. When this game was first released I said I will never play it, they ruined RE franchise, and they made it Thirdperson. Few days ago I run out of games to play and cant decide which I should play and buy next. Since this has overwhelming pos feedback, I said I'd give it a try since its on sale.

Damn I had of of the best experience playing it. The story is good, gameplay is good. Characters are good. Damn you can even get multiple endings, I chose zoe, and I felt betrayed since she *spoilers* died in a few seconds. So i just went with it and finished it. Will finish the other ending next.

Anyway worth the buy even in full price. Will buy the village next. Kuso to capcom.

perfect on steam deck

I regret buying this. Story is good but the game flopped that there is no next game. This is a tv series game, each chapter have like 40mins episodes that you need to watch but their streaming servers are broken. I read many people having the same problem you cant watch them since 2019. Its like finishing a game not knowing the entire story. The devs abandoned this.

Just think of your favorite tv show who have good season 1 start but got cancelled coz it flopped. This is the game version.

I just finished the entire franchise including DLC. I was gonna skip the DLC since Im so worn out playing from metro 2033 to exodus in none stop, and metro exodus was the longest. Yes it gets tiring to play specially arteom never speaks its like playing a mute character. Then I played Sams story, damn Its a lot more fun to play, I decided to skip 2 COLONELS but I just decided to just play it and be done with all the franchise, damn Its the best in the entire metro franchise. 2 COLONELS is the best. Followed by 2033.

This game is really really good, I cant say its a masterpiece but its really worth the days I played all of it. Must buy.

everythig is perfect except the price. it only took me few hrs to finish the game. only to find out that some Chapters are different payment or dlc. not worth the price.

the trailer doesnt justify the hours and hours of my playtime, its so much fun. Buy it its worth it. Been a while since I enjoy playing open world rpg.
