definitely on par with skate 3 in my opinion, yes the map isn't as good (it is still very good tho) and the animation/physics of the game are slightly rubbery/kiddish, and I agree. But the general game and the SKATING (which is what the game is about) is super smooth and clean, the tricks, the sequences, the grinds, even the sound of skating are so well done, so realistic. The different textures of the ground that you can feel through your controller whilst you're rolling, amazing, don't get me wrong i love skate 3, but play it in todays age, its so clunky, so rigid and unpolished, the board feels like concrete and a bouncy castle at the same time, it just isn't as smooth and pleasing to play. So Skate 4, I recommend it.

This game is like a drug, it will reward you with a high, but will also take you to your deepest, darkest moments. Don't buy please save yourself from this pain

The game was good, independent silly indie game, and then they decided to add a BBNO$ concert collab with ironmouse, absolutely ruined the game.
