Plays just like it did in the 90's.
Not analogue friendly gamepad support though, strictly buttons only.

No major enhancements, just 90's gameplay with a challange.

Having played Square/Square Enix games for years, I never touched Falcom JRPGs.

By comparison, Trails in the Sky: First Chapter, breathes new life with fresh ideas in the 16-bit JRPG genre(even though it came out in 2004 when it was fading out).
Improved battle system, enemy attacks to any of your companion while travelling, quite a long list of improvements.

Despite its age, I felt quite at home with it.

The cherry on top of this game, is the story line.
The very reason for the adventure.
Even clocking in at 50+ Hours with many activities to do, it is a joy to play.

Thankfully, it doesn't end on a cliffhanger.
It slowly drops you at a certain point, but gives you a tidbit of whats to come in the Second Chapter.

As a start to the Saga, I highly recommend you try it out.
Even better value when on sale.

A fun match 3/4 colour mechanic game, with the theme of monster cooking.
An amusing story with enduring characters.

Worth buying, when you are able to.

My first 3D Fallout.
The one most recommended to me for ease of play compared to the other 2 3D classics I heard much about.

There were many fun times and few bad times (the bugs in and out of game).
Even after all this time, the game is still fairly buggy, so be warned and save often. Also Backup saves often.

After playing for 5 months, with many interruptions in-between, I finally finished one route and never want to go back.

Its a long game, with much to do and explore.
But its time for a change of scenery.

I enjoyed the Nuka World DLC and recommend it.
The others were so-and-so.

A game of convincing the other player to hand over their coins through any means possible.
Or simple mess with them so cause mischief.

A surprisingly fun game to play with random others.

For $7.86 you get:

- An medium sized Alien world to explore
- Fun Dungeons with challenging Sub Bosses and Close-to-Hard Big Bosses
- Tug of War Fun with the robots, with their lives on the line
- Quirky Robot Companions to upgrade and slightly modify
- The best Single Player Desert Game ever since Journey
- A quite brutal ascent to the Final Boss, that could make you either destroy the controller or your monitor
- A storyline that needs more game to reach its full conclusion.
- A Main Character that you would love to see more adventures of.
- Almost Barron landscape that is begging for more filler than expanse sand.
- Medium Puzzles that pause you briefly on your journey.
- Made with Unity.

If any of these intrigue you, buy it when you can.
Maybe it will be even cheaper on sale.

Tales of Zestiria ended up being fun to play, with characters that you will enjoy traveling & fighting with.
For a 2015 title, it isn't worth paying full price, rather wait for at least a 50% or higher price reduction.

Compared to previous Tales Of games that I played (Vesperia - Abyss - Graces f- Xillia 1 and Symphonia), I wouldn't call it childish in the least (Graces f fits abit into that mold).

The game is easier to play compared to Symphonia, which is sometimes unforgiving.

Storywise, it is inferior compared to the excellent Abyss & Vesperia storylines, but still an enjoyable tale.

Music is where it shines the most though, on par with 4 Tales Of games that I played(excluding Graces f, was not as memorable).

The Story DLC 'Additional Chapter: Alisha's Story' is only worth buying on special, not worth the full price due to a frustrating final dungeon design and a minor cliffhanger. Story though, excluding the minor cliffhanger, is good - since it takes place after the main game has ended. It is interesting to see how things panned out.
