This is the crown of Monster Hunter World.

Loads of fantastic new monsters, old favorites and a nearly endless cavalcade of end game content.

I've played every XCOM and this just isn't fun. At least one of the main characters is bugged so their ability doesn't work as intended. The combat is unsatisfying, and despite the claim, "Challenging but Fair" it's anything but.

I enjoy this franchise because it's challenging but fair, this game locks you into some pre-conceived characters right from the get go and one of them half their utility doesn't work as intended, and then it's just this boring mercenary swat team story.

This isn't XCOM, it's some other tactical games someone dreamed up and then they slapped some label and artwork on it to sell you some crappy facsimile game with xcom flavoring.

The culmination of many games. Monster Hunter: World takes all of the great joy of fighting giant monsters while removing much of the obtuse and unfun grind mechanics of the Monster Hunter games that came before it.

A great Rogue-like. Solid mechanics, nice gameplay, uncomplicated to learn but rewards clever use of gadgets.

The GTA series we all love, with character that reflects our psychotic glee when we play.
