Where at 5th Aptitude level it increases Prestige gain by 50%, which is a typo because you have 4th Aptitude level increasing Prestige gain by 4%

I'm writing to you here, on your profile, as I sadly cannot comment on the workshop page of the mod you made due to not possessing CK3 on this 2nd account that I'm writing to you for various reasons

It's about your mod [KET] Advanced Court

In "common\court_positions\types" it seems you have copy pasted one file (seems like lord_sheriff the most) as your base, while creating various new court positions, but have not replaced all of the important bits concerning new court positions, which bug and break them in a way that make them not apply proper aptitudes and buffs such as Dynasty Perk removing salary and revocation cost of House members
It applies to a lot of court positions, such as court_mathematician, court_sheriff, court_librarian, grand_winemaker, just to name a few

It's easy to fix, using \common\court_positions\types\31_stewardship_county_court_mathematician as an example:

I commented on your court position page, but I really do appreciate your work and have some recommendations for you, if you would be willing to hear some. I am a medieval historian (well, I am finishing my Masters and still have to complete my PhD but I have some knowledge to offer on the topic that would be more historically accurate and I think maybe help the progression of the mod and even help balance it a bit more so that you do not have any redundant positions that crowd the game. Again, thank you for such an immersive and creative mod. I am sure I will appreciate it and use it often if it does not mess with the game mechanics much. If you would like some advice or feedback, I have a few things I would be willing to run by you. Thank you for your time.

And oh yeah, some of your court position background don't appear in the game, especially on dds files which files size more than 1 MB. I cant view it on my Photoshop too. So, yeah...
