Played this game for the first time in 2020. cannot even imagine what it was like for people who experienced this masterpiece back in 2004. everyone should experience this game not only today but also 10 years from today.

one thing i love the most about pubg is its realistic theme. models, movement , gunplay. every other popular battle royale like cod , fortnite, apex legends, have lots of goofy a** elements. thats what makes pubg unique. but ofcourse its all about preference.

rtx 3060, high settings dlss quality, dropping down to 30s. have to lower to settings in order to play at 40 - 50 fps. playable i guess.

dont, just dont. play the original again, instead of playing this.

the day/night/evening lighting system is very inferior and lazy compared to the classic and it doesnt even match up with the story !. the story will say its night and the level will be day !?.
play the classic instead, looks better in my opinion and leave the updated visuals for later games.

its nice to comeback to this game every now and then and not worry about stupid microtransactions. THE BEST TOWER DEFENCE GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED.

cant recommend a steam game where you have to perform number of fixes in order to play it. aside from that my review of this game is positive.

the playstyle of this game is very different when compared to modern EASY third person shooters, this game is very difficult in normal difficulty, its like dark souls of third person shooters in my opinion lol.

you run a pc repair shop and you get different types of jobs - troubleshoot & replace parts, upgrades, build pc etc. very unique and fun experience at start but gets very repetitive later on. still its an experience worth having if you are into building pc and there is more if you get the dlcs.

this is it, "the worst dark souls game". thats because the other ones are just way too good. but this game is great in itself. if you are coming from ds1 or 3, just keep your expectations a little low and you will have an amazing time. you will miss the interconnected world though. there are few things that make the game a little easy, unlimited healing items and bonfires everywhere !. going a little blind in this game might be good idea.

*you play as a death row prisoner, a mysterious man helps you escape and forces you to kill a bunch of bad guys. you have to find out who this guy is and what he wants from you. pretty decent story with satisfying ending

*if you played the stealth missions from gta san, this is basically that, but with a lot of GORE
*you can instantly kill someone by sneaking up behind , BUT you can also choose to hold down the attack button for like 5 to 10 seconds for much more brutal kill, this is what this game is all about
*the second half of the game has a lot of gun sections, people complain about this but i personally enjoyed it, it keeps the game fresh and not too repitative, but still occasionally the game feels a little repitative, its a 15 hour game, i wish it was shorter.

*the atmosphere is just great, just make sure to turn that f**kin noise fx off in the settings

*this is where the game s**ks the most, launch issues, a gate(door)bug, occasional sound loops, widescreen issue. and you have to fix all of this if you are using windows 7 or up.
*but once you manage to fix these, the game runs pretty solid
