After exploring multiple classes and experiencing the game solo, I can confidently say this is one of the most immersive MMORPGs out there.

Each class offers a uniquely crafted storyline, making every new playthrough feel fresh and exciting. From the cunning Smuggler to the powerful Sith Warrior, the writing, voice acting, and choices truly shape the experience. The depth of the game’s moral decisions keeps every interaction meaningful, letting you carve out your own destiny within the Star Wars universe.

Even as a solo player, the world never felt empty. Companion characters add richness to the journey, offering engaging side stories and memorable interactions. The cinematic storytelling and choices make it feel like I’m playing through an epic RPG, rather than a typical MMO grind.

Combat is fluid and satisfying, with enough variety between classes to keep things interesting. Whether commanding the Force or leading a blaster-heavy assault, battles always feel cinematic and impactful.

Exploration is rewarding—the planets are breathtaking, capturing the essence of iconic Star Wars locations. Whether roaming the neon-lit streets of Nar Shaddaa or walking through the Jedi temple ruins on Tython, every environment feels alive.

The amount of content SWTOR offers, from expansions to endgame activities, ensures that there’s always something new to dive into. With the ability to progress your story at your own pace, solo players can fully enjoy the narrative-driven experience without feeling pressured.

After 500 hours, I can confidently say that SWTOR stands as one of the most immersive, well-written, and rewarding MMORPGs—especially for solo players who love compelling storytelling within the Star Wars universe. An absolute must-play!

Early Access Review
Update 30nov 2025: Not too much has changed yet.

Even tho in early access this is a thrilling continuation series. The game mechanics are great and the skill system just works with synergies to discover as you progress. The new classes and revamped mechanics offer a fresh experience while retaining the core elements. The developers have clearly put a lot of effort into refining the gameplay, making it both challenging and rewarding. Overall it is looking great and I can't wait to see how it evolves as it moves towards full release. Highly recommended for both veterans and newcomers to the series!

Early Access Review
Was not good for me overall the gameplay is boring when going hands on and personally the pixel graphics are not my taste. I had over a year of afk time since last opening the game and didn't feel like much progress was done.

Performance on lowest settings needs to improve. Need to fix NVIDA DLSS. Enjoying the mechanics and progression with the story in the first hours. I dont really see how the microtransactions impact things so far but I still dont like it for a game of this price. Will change my review to positive when I see some improvements and patches.

I havent had a crash yet after a couple hours playing on the latest patch and drivers. I waited for the full shaders to compile before playing. Also it does have a few skip frames once in a while or while moving but mostly runs around 60 fps on medium settings with DLSS performance. Needs some more performance patches to be up to the console original standard.

Early Access Review
Solid game even in early access there is a lot of different skills some more familiar then others and the loot drops are ok maybe a bit more drops then really needed but there is loot filters built in so you can filter the junk out. The timelines idea fees fresh and interesting to see zones from a different point of view. Once you complete the main story or hit around 50ish you can grind in the portal zone to clear different areas and get extra drops.
