I'd say this game is a no-go for me.

Game gets repetitive after the first 3-4 runs, with no progression in sight. Maybe I'm playing the game wrong but I really did not have fun running through the dungeons. I've played Rougelites like Hades, Risk of Rain 2, Gunfire Reborn, Children of Morta; and Enter The Gungeon really was the worst among them all. I'd refund but unfortunately I have 4 hours spent into it trying to give it a chance.

Don't get me wrong, the game is GREAT. I love the combat mechanics, dodging, parrying, chambering and when you delve further into it there's Drags and Accels, SO much depth and fun all in one game.

but the only reason I wouldn't recommend this game as of now are the servers. In my region there are literally 0 deathmatch servers. And even if there are, the ping on those servers are above 150+. Sure there are Frontline servers but again, the ping on those servers are horrible it makes me not want to even play.

Again, this game is great. But with these issues especially server availability, the game will go down for many people. And unfortunately I am one of the few.

the pros:
- the fast paced, nerve wrecking, adrenaline surging combat is VERY addictive.
- the newly added rolls and animations make every action feel seamless IF you know what you're doing.
- the bow and arrow mechanics are easy to pick up and I find myself flicking my mouse alot as if I was playing CSGO (which is good!)
- the art style! simple and clean!
- feels good when you outplay enemies
- easy to pick up and learn BUT hard to master
- HELLA COMPETITIVE

the cons:
- playerbase at its current time; Sept 23rd is very sparse and as I check is at 400 players.
- director mode is fun but not as fun as the BR mode which might mean that there usually is VERY few directors, even worse, none in most of the games I've played.
- some directors who troll and target you CAN destroy and give you a bad impression of your first few games (BUT IT GETS BETTER TRUST ME)

all in all its sad that the game is slowly losing its playerbase, Darwin Project IS and will ALWAYS be the only BR that I sincerely enjoy playing. It really is a different experience comparing to the usual BR gamemodes.

it's been 2 years coming to 3 and they haven't fixed the servers yet. Load times are incredibly long for Online play it's insane. ♥♥♥♥ this game you might as well get it from piratebay to play its story.

After playing games like Darwin Project and Blackout you really feel the difference..

Maps are good but the worst is the movement holy ♥♥♥♥ its bad i feel like a retarded snail tryna navigate cmon get your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ head together bluehole

Biggest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ waste of money. Thank the gods I got it on sale. I've honestly tried my best to enjoy this game but all I can see are 12-year olds enjoying this monstosity of a game called Garry's Mod. Please, Save your money and don't buy this. Stick to just watching Vanoss playing it.
