Honestly this game kind of feels like a phone idle game, it is very addictive but some of the mechanics make this game unplayable for me, namely the building system, it is by far the worst base building game I have ever played in my life, I simply cannot express in words how terrible it really is. And if you were expecting a game with cool science and machines you can keep looking because you won't find any logic in this terraforming game. It's a decent game but that's all it really is, just ok. I had a lot of fun teasing my uni student gf that you can make oxygen out of 2 cobalt or making bacteria out of thin air, she got very annoyed at me.

I don't even remember ever playing it, but I guess I hated it back then too otherwise I wouldn't have refunded it

Wish there was a middle ground, but since people look more at negative reviews this is what it will be. The game is pretty good, but this is not a space game. I love space games and I always try to spend as much time in space as possible in those games. This is the first "space game" where I actively try to avoid going into space. It's just so immersion breaking, just fast travel everywhere instantly. I don't even understand why we have to go into our ships at all and can't just have a teleprompter like in NMS (which I also dislike). Combine this game with the space travel of Elite Dangerous (best game for space travel imo) and this game would be game of the decade.

That's pretty much the only really negative thing I have to say about this game, and for me as a space enthusiasts It's a very gigantic one. But the game itself is actually amazing, don't bother doing the main story though as it is pretty boring, took me years to finish the story of skyrim and it looks like this will be the same. But I get it, story wasn't the main focus of this game.

Just don't get this game if you like space, get it if you like fallout

I could have known this was going to be abandoned, these are the people that made Elite: Dangerous after all. Don't ever buy anything from this company, ever. They are a disgrace to the gaming community

Make sure you turn V-Sync on, otherwise this game is literally unplayable. Downside is that the game will run at 30 fps and you will have a lot of inputlag

What can I say, this game was overhyped. The devs did not deliver on their promises. It is absolutely not next gen, just a GTA 5 reskin. It is not a bad game at all, just not as next gen as Skyrim or GTA 5 when they came out. In that aspect it is absolutely garbage. But it is fun, just not 5/5 like game mania rates it. I am not sure if I recommend this game because it is pretty obvious to me they pushed it back so much to create more hype and get as many pre orders as possible, but it really isn't bad, just not very good. It has a negative recommendation only because most people look at the negative reviews. I totally recommend you play it unless you were one of the people who wanted this to be like witcher, it's not even close

This game was really dissapointing, bugs asside (there were a lot of bugs). The story was not good, I expected this game to be a bit more logical instead of magical. I thought it would be like scooby doo and make something supernatural appear but in the end it is revealed that there is a logical explanation for everything. Well this game is the complete opposite of that even tho in the beginning is said that there is always some kind of truth in myths, this is usually true in the real world as well except in the game myths=reality.
