The weakest stuff is in extra and even then the main routes are pretty good and even the optional routes are also pretty good. Everything matters, nothing is pointless. The lacrosse arc, the the yaki soco no-noodles on a bun all of it ties together. Even the stupid insane out of place weird forced sex scenes in Alternative which is a game that isn't a dating sim and there's no choice and it's linear and there's still H scenes, even the insanity that they are, they're supposed to be there. It makes sense that they exist where they do, their retarded they're so stupid they're like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ins- one of them is like an insane fetishous doujin . It's it's a gear in a bigger clock and it's all ticking. By the time you get to Alternative like, I-I don't even know it's like watching a man who couldn't walk and then the credits roll and he's doing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ poll vaults at the Olympics. That's the escalation here. Whatever Evangelion- I know this is gonna sound retarded, whatever Evangelion is to anime, Muv-Luv is to dating sims. Like I'm honestly surprised that a human existed that thought of this. He must of worked on visual novels like Anno worked on anime for years, and took note of everything that was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, an-and wrote it down and then to-took all the things he liked, an-and wrote them down, and then rolled that into a thing, and then dipped that in gold and coat it with diamonds, and that's what Muv-Luv is.
