Update as of 08-28-2024: still pre 2.0 ~ 4200+ total play time ...

I guess that until release of 2.0 + DLC, I got time for another run?
Can't wait to put same amount of time with the expansion!

Update my review as of 01-07-2021 (1900 hrs+)

So... since the last 4 years I continued playing this game, I recommanded this game to many of my friends, created tons of dedicated servers of all type of maps that lasted for hundreds of hours and still ... I CANNOT STOP PLAYINH THIS GAME!!

The devs are just amazing, they implemented a lot of ideas from the community during all these years, sometimes they did great changes and sometimes, they admited that some changes where not the best and changed it back again! Honest, transparent and down-to-earth are the type of poeple behind this gem!

I even ordered a t-shirt from them just to give them more money ... litteraly ! They deserve all the love and good score for their game. These devs, like minecraft, where about to impact the game industry by setting a new standard in a new game gendra that new game now, try to replicate or incorporate into their game.

I won't describe the gameplay as tons of other reviews already did, by I wanted to voice my opinion and give them a big THANKS for creating such a good game ! I am not yet to 2k hours, but I will be back to let you know how it is once i'll be near the 3k hours

And why? Because I just can't stop playing this game !!!

I played 400 more hours since my last review and I cannot stop playing this game.
There's more updates still coming on a regular basis, and they upcoming changes are absolutely awesome.

Cannot wait to see Factorio 2 or even Factorio VR !!!

Cannot express myself how much I love this game. Do not look at my current play time; I have played long before this was on steam, in early alpha, I have spent so many hours.............. like for sure around 200 more than what you see.

Totally recommand it if you want something to chanlled yourself, ans just for the fun of optimazing again and again.
