What a game. The music, the atmosphere, the S P A C E. So much of this game was just a treat to play. I loved the visuals, the mechanics of exploration and especially the soundtrack. Seeing amazing sights such as the chapter 2 setting and especially the jaw dropping chapter 3 setting made the game that much more memorable. The world building done for each location scattering lore for those willing to read it got me very invested in the world as a whole however that is not to say that I am completely in love with every aspect of the game. It can be a bit frustrating and confusing at times, especially when certain mechanics seem to work against you. Resources, especially your population can lead to frustrating events where you are struggling to acquire workers with more regular citizens being mouths to feed. The story is a bit lacking despite the rich and enthralling world. It is certainly a serviceable story line but it certainly is not the centerpiece of the campaign. The decision system feels somewhat superfluous as they don't necessarily contribute to future events, they are really just a resource expenditure or bonus. Research can be pretty inconsistent as well since you tend to get large science bonuses and end up stuck afterwards and the finale leaves something to be desired with a victory lap type of objective that doesn't really feel all that impact. Overall I would rate the game a solid 8/10 for its stellar world building, soundtrack and overall game play loop and mechanics. It nails the feeling of being truly alone in your journey and the set pieces and secrets scattered throughout are a joy to discover but some frustrating mechanics and a less than stellar story and ending end up taking away some of the excitement of the game.

I bought this game 3 times on switch and twice on steam. I stayed up till 4am for a few days just playing. This is a great game.

Tons of fun. Especially as France, its fun trying to create a war machine that can take on Germany and Italy waiting for the big players like USSR or US to join in. It may be a handful to learn, but once you learn what you are doing, its a really fun time

The best game i've played in a while. This honestly has some of th best storytelling ive seen in a game since Bioshock. I absolutely adore this game and it has a great level of dificulty provided by the shrine and the gods. This game can be brutal but also easy. The music and art is beautiful and the enemy variation is great. 11/10 Game crashed just after I finished the final level forcing me to do it again.

Ghandi gets nukes in 1850 while I still have cannons. . .BEST GAME EVER XD

Very fun game I love obective based PVP games but please devs FOR THE LOVE OF GOD add some way to communicate with your teammates. Communication is so essential in this game, I cannot count how many times I lost because I could not tell my teammates that the enemy got around us and was directly going for the tower at out castle. Please add a chat system in a later update please thank you so much

Great Game when you get into it

Pros
1. Creative idea making bots
2. Fun multiplayer
3. intuitive build system
4. great community

Cons
1.factory takes away cretivity now its what bot did you buy and not many use their own bots anymore
2. freaquent crashes (especialy in facotry)
3. 1000+ cpu matches are plauged with hackers and modders

6/10 until the cons are made less promintent. but if you stick with 900 or less cpu you have a great time
