Ingredients
2 Large Chicken Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
1/3 Cup of milk
1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese
1: Gently preheat a skillet to a medium temperature.
2: In a bowl, crack in the eggs (omit if allergic) and add in the garlic salt (omit if allergic), the milk (omit if allergic) and the cheese.
3: Whisk the contents of the bowl briskly but not too briskly for roughly 40 seconds.
4: Butter your skillet and add in the egg mixture. Once poured, lower the heat to medium-low. The eggs will set quickly so be sure to start tossing them around in the skillet preferably with a wooden spoon but I've seen people use chopsticks so that'll probably work too. DO NOT overdo it as you may start flinging egg out of the skillet, i have made that mistake before and i felt very dumb for doing so but i fed it to my pet chickens, they were the ones I got the eggs from and yes chickens do eat their own eggs sometimes im not a monster.
5: Plate the eggs and enjoy!
