Gender fluid is a soft drink manufactured by Pepsi Co. Like many Pepsi Co products it is controversial in its application and quality with many questioning the purpose of its existence, but it still has its die hard fans. The ingredients list is currently unknown but there are many theories and scientists have been working on it for a while. The FDA does consider it safe for most but some people can't have any at all and of course it varies from person to person.
