For the record, most of my games up until recently have been pirated. Some games like Higurashi don't have accurate playtimes for this reason, but the real ones can be found on VNDB or Backloggd.
the DRM on steam games sucks but i like achievements too much to not want to buy it through steam. but many of my visual novel copies are modified
