played the tutorial and joined an online session, after i stood still for a few seconds explosions started to spawn on me, first they did nothing then i died, respawned but the explosions kept spawning on my location till i died again ...
some friend told me "Congratulations you've encountered your first modder"
if thats the way this game is supposed to be played with modders spawning explosions on you, i'll stay away from it
im kinda pissed that i just barely went over the 2 hours to refund it
- yet another launcher
- yet another thing where u need to make an account
+ amazing graphics
- hackers/modders make the game unplayable

If you like D&D this is for you, if you are not sure this is still for you.

Madness im typischen Borderlands Style, sehr zu empfehlen, freue mich schon drauf wenn das eine neue Reihe wird.

I started playing in february 2013. Warframe used to be my favorite game for well over 8 years and even though I rarely played it using steam I managed to collect 7600+ ingame profile hours (actual play time, not application running) using the launcher from the official website.

I didnt just spend money on this free to play game, I also purchased merchandise and even bought flight and hotel tickets to Canada for the convention and to meet with devs in private. That being said you dont need to spend anything to enjoy warframe as the real money currency platinum is tradable and it can only be spend to get cosmetics or speed things up (stuff like craft time). I dont regrett a single cent I spent since I really wanted to support this game's success.

Someone might ask what made me stop playing after all this? Even to the point where I'd strongy advise against even downloading it to give it a try?

- Warframe is a game that added so many systems, currencies and reputations that you can spend easily 8+ hours every day just to do what's considered daily quests and then you still havent made any noticable progress. With all these different systems and mechanics veterans like me did barely anything other than teaching and guiding new players to bring sense in this overwhelming mess. I was lucky to get system after system slowly over the years but I cant even imagine how horrible this has to be for a new player being thrown into all this.
- If you start to play Warframe it will turn, very quickly, into something like a second job where you feel compelled to work through the same tasks again and again day after day without any enjoyment. You will feel that you are falling behind and missing out if you dont log in every single day of your life and just like in a real job you will find yourself organizing someone to fill-in for you whenever you are on vacation to do at least the daily log in.

- The way Digital Extremes handles the community and the ingame chat is detestable! One of the most often played games within the game is to trick someone in chat to type certain words to trigger a bot that will then ban the chat access of the victim and disable their ability to trade with others for a week. There are hundreds of trigger words that will all get you banned from chat. Even a small typo can turn Warframe into a singleplayer for you. Ask yourself if you want to play a game where the most important advice to new players is to completly turn of the chat and a guide how to do just that. But it gets even worse, this chatfilter is applied to all languages and regions which turns words that are completly harmless in one language into a vicious trap just because some other language uses them to insult a group of people.

Tldr:
Warframe is a beautiful looking second job that will enslave you, suck out all your joy and spit in your face if you type something wrong.

Sehr cooles Spiel, macht mit einer Gruppe wirklich Spaß.
Es gibt aktuell noch ein par Bugs aber verglichen mit vielen anderen MMOs die so jung sind steht New World verdammt gut da und muss sich wirklich nicht verstecken.
Die Devs nehmen Kritik und Verbesserungsvorschläge aus dem Forum sehr ernst und reagieren erstaunlich schnell.
Alles in Allem ein empfehlenswertes Spiel.

Unglaublich schönes Spiel zum entspannen und genießen. Zurück lehnen und eintauchen.
