Purchased the game on Steam after the ps5 version was running at 10 fps. Even on pc this game is horribly optimized too. They tried to scrub this but when the game came out they had dozens of dlc microtransactions for rift crystals, wakestones, and port crystals. Just having it on the store is malodorous enough for someone who isn't a total goy.

Some redeeming qualities are that you can really tell the devs put a ton of love and care into this game. The post game is awesome and there is actually somewhat of a story. I kinda got sentimental during the credits seeing all the npcs that made me labor around the map. The combat is incredible I played every class except the trickster and everything felt so clean powerful in their own way. The archery alone is probably some of the best archer gameplay I have ever played.

That being said Dragons Dogma 2 is the Megumi Fushiguro of games. Capcom did everything in their power to molest this game and I personally think this game was one of the first in their lineup of rapacious games like monster hunter wilds.

Update: They waited 2 years to announce a "fix" to performance but only after announcing a dlc. Is their HQ in Tel Aviv?

Early Access Review
hosted a dedicated server with 9 friends. Lost 500+ hours of combined gameplay because of a bug that randomly wipes servers after a certain amount of in game days have passed. Didn't even know this was a thing until I searched it. Kind of a huge bug imo and demoralizing as hell to lose all that progress. I am done playing and will not be going agane.

Early Access Review
Early Access game that will probably never leave early access. Still a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun game to play while high as ♥♥♥♥. You can sink tons of time into this game if you are willing to learn the mechanics. Verdict: Buy if on sale or if you can't help yourself.

Pros:
-Good soundtrack
-Boombox setting and custom music allows you to jam out to your favorite edm and go super saiyan
-Excellent car handling
-Litterally too much good tracks to race on
-Unique as ♥♥♥♥
-Excellent split screen game to play with the buddies
-rewarding
-4 different views
-VR
-Multiple Gamemodes
-dat atmosphere
-different angle on racing games (litteraly)

Cons:
-In online multiplayer you cant run into other cars but in co-op you can
-Handing while in mid air or flying feels wonky unless in first person view
-wonky camera positioning If you turn around too fast
-No dedicated multiplayer servers/matchmaking
-Not really a racing game more of a trick/parkour game. ( This might not be a con to some people)
-No car variety; litterally just one car
-No 'progression', the only progression is just becoming a better driver
-Hard to tell which direction is up and which is down which isnt a problem because the car can ride on walls but if you hop off the walls gravity kicks in and it becomes a problem.
-Highscores on most maps are from people finding unintended exploits/skips in a map.

I think the only thing this game NEEDS is dedicated servers/matchmaking for playing online with strangers. But I would also really like to see more car variety/aesthetics just to spice things up.

Imagine that vanilla skyrim is a 90's Mazda Miata; nice car, fun to drive, has it's quirks, good community and has a ♥♥♥♥ ton of aftermarket parts available. The car sells and is a huge success. Few years later another Mazda Miata comes out; its the same car, has all the quirks, and the same community. What's the difference though? It has a better designed engine, more horsepower and better suspension and handling. Yeah its still looks like a Miata and even feels like a Miata but It is a supperior car and has way more aftermarket potential. Skyrim Special Edition is the new miata. It will be underapreciated to the casual driver (gamer) but to someone who loves to tinker and modify their ♥♥♥♥, this is a godsend.

You get this game for free if you already have the base game and the dlc. If you didnt get this game for free than you should get this game depending on how much you liked vanilla skyrim. If you hate skyrim then don't buy this, period. If you only played the vanilla skyrim and liked it then you should buy this but wait till it's on at least 50% sale. If you have never played skyrim before and you are a big fan of exploring, rpgs, and mods then buy this game asap.

And a classic saying to close off this review "When you play skyrim you aren't actually playing skyrim, you are playing the mods that people make for skyrim".

♥♥♥♥♥ game without DLC. Fun as hell game with all the DLC. If you are thinking abot buying this game wait untill the gold edition goes on sale (Basically every sale season). Don't buy this game at full price because you will feel like a dumbass when it goes on sale a week later. Game is a real plessure to play with Gods and Kings dlc and Brave New Wolrd dlc.

This game basicaly starts where civ 5 left off, minus a few important things. The big things missing are religion, multiplayer, and congress which were some of my favorite features. Multiplayer is downright impossiple to play, I have only manged to get matches of no more than 3 players to be stable and not make people crash after 20 turns. As far as basic mechanics go, this game is civ 5. The tech tree and policies (virtues) are kind of cool and way different on here; you wont be going liberty and tradtion every game like on civ 5. Aliens are a cool new feature (or a pain in the ass) depending on how close you interact with them. The visuals on ths game are surprisingly horrible. After playing beyond earth all you will want to do is go back to Civ 5 so you can actually tell the difference between desert, tundra and the ocean. Obviously i would not recomend buying this if you are on a budget or are not a civ fan. This game is for hardcore civ fans and people who like sci-fi and even then I think you should wait for this game to be on sale.

Was interested about this game because a Yogscast Sips was payed to play it by devolpers and he made it look fun. Once i bought the game it was obvious how unfinished it was. I tried comming back to the game a year later and litteraly nothing had changed. The devolopers of this game are crooks and never finished. I have tried to get a refund but Steam won't let me. Dont buy this game, it will never get finished and was a huge scam. The only good this game has done is make me more cautius of buying "beta" or "alpha" games. I just don't buy games anymore if they look partialy unfinished.
