Anyone else noticing birds coming back? Or am I finally losing it? I haven't seen actual wild birds in... what, fifteen years? I tried to mention it to my brother earlier and he just laughed it off. Obviously "the birds aren't real." why would they be? But then, I stopped at the corner store up the street to grab my morning java monster. The worker who's usually there in the morning leaned over the counter and asked me "You saw them too?." I know I can't be crazy so I started looking. I scanned every public forum I could find. Nothing. So either one of my neighbors is running an illegal eco project, my optics have finally cooked themselves, or somebody really doesn't want people noticing pieces of the old world growing back, and they're doing their best to scrub the data. I'm going to start taking some real notes; if anybody else notices anything let me know ASAP.
