They literally got me to buy this game twice.

It all comes together on the third playthrough.

Chill

At most just play for the single player story missions, but even that only has a couple high points.

It's a driving sim and a damn good one. DLC is stiff but I haven't found the need to get any. It's a good time killer when you really cannot be bothered to be stressed at all. I play a good podcast and just chill with this one.

I can disappear just by crouching but i can't get away with chicken murder.

Fun with friends and fun alone. There is a ton to do and I haven't even reached hardmode yet.

New-player experience is pretty atrocious, but if keep going it can get pretty fun. The whole game is just one massive grindfest, so if you do not like to spend hours and make minimal progress then avoid this game. If you can reach the mid-game then it can get really fun, also recommend finding a clan with discord so you can ask them questions and help each other out. The simplest thing you can do to progress is to try and go through the star chart, do not try to do everything at once, if you spend enough time you can get a lot of enjoyment out of this game.

tl;dr: Starting off the game is hard and confusing, but it gets fun later on.
