Good game but the tutorial is so damn long, I was getting so bored I kept pausing to leave. So much info dump.

The reason why this is considered the best modern Fallout game is because Bethesda didn't make it. The original creators of Fallout 1 & 2 did, and they know their ♥♥♥♥. Best RPG ever made IMO.
