I miss the old Secret World. Combat was better. User Experience was better. Now its story and world exploration is the only reason you should play this game, and they are GOOD. There is a living world out there, no matter how dead it looks from the player count. You can visit Kingsmouth and feel like you have spent a summer there before.

Are you a fan of late 2000s action/sci-fi/fantasy movies? Or B-Movies in general? This game is the embodiment of 2008 in playable form. Please, if you are a fan of mythology, do yourself a favor and play through this game. Most of the reviewers seem to be spoiled by the 2020s game engines, forgetting the fact that this is a 13 year old game.

Don't mind my playtime. I have played this game before when it first released. I just picked it up on Steam for the nostalgia of my childhood, and my god, I got it. I had forgotten most of the dialogue, which is the only bad thing I can see. It is just... too much on the nose, at least in the early game. The dialogue does not do "Show, don't tell." It sometimes tells you what is happening while it is happening in gameplay. That might give cold shoulder to some, but please go through with it.

The engine is actually good, and AI is intelligent. Enemy humans speak to the Main Character as they hunt him down. All enemy have Aim Assist, and can be over powered even on normal difficulty. Don't worry. You have aim assist as well, and you can be OP at times. Its gun mechanics are fun, but recoil during a werefolf attack can create awkward situations.

Legendary is a must play for any mythology fan. It is full of cliches, and the game is self aware of itself.

As a remastered edition of an `old` game, Darksiders is still better than many of the `modern` ARPGs. The amazing visuals is next to nothing when compared with its in-depth story telling. The voice acting is top-notch and the game should be played by everyone who likes mythology and religion.

My only complaint? After going the trouble of finding the 10 Abyssal Armor pieces, WAR's cinematic costume is still the original clothing. Not putting his new suit in cinematics makes me think "What the hell did they remastered WARMASTERED then?"

PS: Last Abyssal Armor piece is under Samael's throne in the center of the map. Incase that is also your last missing piece. I looked for it everywhere.

The Witcher 2 once again, and heavily, reminds the player that you are holding a stick with both ends are dipped in to ♥♥♥♥. And it is not just a simple one. This ♥♥♥♥ moves towards the center too. No matter what you do, no matter how you react to the events, you will feel like ♥♥♥♥. The game almost ignores how you reacted in the first game. The elves don't care if you helped them in the first game, and they look down on you, and turn %100 evil. The royalty doesn't care if you saved their asses from a Military Coup, and accussess you of murder. Unironically, the characters that are looked down by others in this game, such as cowards and Trolls, have the heart warming endings. I am not talking about the characters that experience racism. That's a whole another story, and Floatsam deserved to burn in to the ground. Don't @ me.

There is a Troll quest early on the game. He is essentially a drunk bodyguard who is not doing his job anymore and taxes the tresspassers. The player talks with villagers, and one side says he needs to die, and the other says just make him stop drinking. Then the player can either simply kill the Troll and loot decent rewards, or hear this Troll out, and offer help with his problems. When you kill him, you will feel like a monster, strong, but a monsters nontheless, and when you do help him, you will want to burn down Floatsam yourself. I couldn't bring myself out to kill the Trolls I met along the way, (3 in total, Roche's path), and I was rewarded with friendship, good armor, and knowing that I did a good thing.

Amazing story, voice actors, and beast design. For its time, Witcher 1 is a solid game. Do not bother playing on hard, and just run through the story on Easy. There are no achievements to satisy the "Complete every game you own on Hard+ difficulty to feel better about yourself." I made the mistake of starting my first and only playthrough on the hardest, without realizing about no achievement.

I found my mistake about the end of Chapter 2, which was a cluster to get through. Witcher 1 does not do any handholding. You are forced to read quests throughly to complete most of them, as well as the lore and glossary books bought from the merchants in the world. Those books could definitely have been cheaper, or I wish they could have been sold for more value. Although I have the whole Witcher series, I wanted this to be my first, to understand the story, character and gameplay better. I am only on Chapter 3 now, after 21 hours of gameplay, and I am excited to move on. It is safe to say about 18 of those 21 hours were spent on rage quitting in Chapter 2, and losing progress because of game crashes. Do not forget to save after every monster encounter, or you will rely on autosaves that happens when you arrive to a new map (i.e. revisit the town).

The game does have cons, such as the crashes mentioned above, as well as over the top funny NPC voice lines, like *after a deep sigh* "Women...", Old Men who do nothing but complain about their lives, and that ♥♥♥♥♥ old hag in Shani's house. I hope to see her burn by the end of the game.

Every fail is worth the time you spend on Witcher 1.

Alright, first of all, this game is amazing. Do not listen to the haters. They were wrong at the release, and they are still wrong about this game. Majority of people who do not recommend this game are only doing so because they caught themselves in a hype train that expected so much from a single game. They over-hyped themselves for expecting to get features that never even mentioned by the devs, and people got angry.

This game is beautiful. It is simply an exploration game, with beautiful graphics and endless possibilities of planets and habitats. It is an extremely calming experience to turn on the game, and take your ship to a random point in the universe. I fully recommend this game.

After playing the other Arkham Games, I am pretty sure Arkham Knight is the best in the series. The story pulls you inside the game, but I think the side missions have more depth than any other missions you will find in the whole series. 13 hours in so far, and solving other crimes are eating my time. They are so much fun. The car controls are neat, but I wish there was a way to engage in battle while going full speed. The lock-on target missiles can be fun, but aren't enough.

Also, Rock Steady, if you are reading this, can we please have a Batman game with civillians running around? Or at least some visuals in the apartments with civillians watching the city.

Apart from sudden frame drops after finishing a mission, or leaving the map, the game play is solid. The game is a must have for every Batman fan.

My current gaming system is: MSI GE72 2QE Apache and I am playing on High Graphics on 1366 x 768 screen resolution with FPS Usually on 50-60s, sometimes going up to 90 and drop to 1-3 in some instances I told you above.

Combat and general Controls are similar to Batman games,
World reminds me of Assassin's Creed games,
It is basically an AC game set in Middle-Earth and it is definitely amazing. I was craving an open world game with an amazing story line and Shadow of Mordor successfully satisfies those needs. This is a definite GOTY for 2014/2015.
Oh and I should mention that I played this game streaming on Onlive from a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ computer that would crash if I wasn't running a fan as I play the game. I am just happy that WB supports Onlive, because if they didn't I wouldn't buy the game in the first place.
