At the time of this review I have only 70 hours, and currently own no DLC. Yet i would still recommend this game over civ 5, while it's not perfect I really enjoy how districts have changed the mechanics of the game.

One of the best rpg/stealth/shooter games on the market. It's the best game i have played in years!

Graphics - 10/10
Gameplay - 10/10
Sound - 7/10 - "some" sub par voice acting, still good though, nothing that would take away from the experience
Story - 9/10 Nice characters and development


Overall i think it's worth a buy
