How do I build this guys HUD? Looks like he uses SCHISM

Looking through workshop and the text it looks like a modified version of SCHISM HUD but I'm not sure how to get mine to look like his

edit: went through all modifications and still don't know how he got it like that

@Red Schism i have a question for L4D2 HUD.how to change teammatepanel.res that it display teammate's primary or secondary weapon on hud?
