This review is based only on Steam Deck performance: Following a Proton update, this game now runs on steam deck flawlessly again. I play vanilla and from my perspective, its a great game with friends on this handheld. I cannot speak as to what effect the Capcom DRM fully has. I will not, however, recommend this game until it has proven it self to work forever. The fact that I bought and installed it one morning, played for an hour, then couldn't play it again for 2 days due to this DRM issue, indicates its not stable on the platform.

This game is short, but the experience you get within the game not only make up for the length, but encourage replaying the game again to find things you may have missed and unlock unique rewards. From start to finish, I loved this game, and plan to sink a number of hours unlocking things.

This game is absolutely amazing. It captures so much of the magic of platformers of the past while still being very unique and original. Every act does something new and keeps the game very fresh. Collecting and exploring is natural and fun and avoids that grinding feeling. Honestly, I can't get enough of this fantastic platforming adventure. Buy it, you won't regret it!
