bethesda likes to cast this evil spell to fully immerse me in their worlds and then make me feel like an idiot for spending so much time in them. i will cherish the goofy moments at least

This is the first Halo game to make me consistently furious playing for more than a few matches. It's abysmal matchmaking system matches your team with new players, and against players far above your skill level. Matches often feel predetermined before they start. Vehicles are like paper after 3 years and the long-awaited match-composer is not near the level of customization available on MCC. This game's sandbox feels great for maybe 2 matches before you're consistently outmatched due to the matchmaking system, making this feel like the worst entry in the series in terms of multiplayer by far.

the best part of this remake is that you can replace squidward with a lamp
