A must-play if you're into short walking sims with good stories

The spiritual successor to the mario 64 start screen is a david lynch inspired autism simulator where you just lose.

Slept-on gem with great lore. The impressive thing is, this game is basically just jamming shields, splitting light beams and blowing stuff with fans for the whole thing and it somehow didn't get boring.

Don't let anyone spoil this game for you, just do yourself a favour and buy it then play it blind. It's a unique roguelite deckbuilder that keeps you on your toes with solid mechanics, creative visuals and crazy twists.

Easily one of the most immersive games I've played. This is Rockstar Games at their best.

My first 5-8 hours in this game were pretty painful and frustrating feeling completely lost and aimless. I heard coming into it that "each planet has like a puzzle that you solve" or something like that. Once I realised that whoever said that was dumb and that this isn't a puzzle game, it's a detective game, I started actually enjoying it. Without spoiling anything, you spend your time exploring, gathering knowledge, finding clues and piecing together information and once I started to figure things out and get the ball rolling it became one of the most satisfying games I'd ever played.

If you haven't played the original from 2013 then definitely play this version. If you have played and enjoyed the original, this is still worth playing due to the sheer amount of extra content on top of the main game.

I never played the original mod but can still tell this was a huge passion project for these devs, and the final product was well worth the effort. Pick this up if you're into exploration/ mystery detective sort of games similar to Outer Wilds.
