The gameplay is phenomenal. The performance is decent. The stability leaves some to be desired, but is improving substantially day by day to the point that I went from 3 crashes on opening day to 0 crashes the next.

Would recommend in its current state now, and its only going to get better!

Somehow a horror game that manages to be a comedy first and foremost. It's truly something special, and is worth picking up for the price.

Gets a lot of bad rep for the base campaign which is justified, however, the Immortal empires experience is truly the accumulation of many years of work for the total war team and you can really tell. It's probably the best strategy game experience to be released in the past 10 years, and will continue to improve as it is removed from beta and more DLC is added. If you can swallow the high price, it's highly worth it.

Does exactly what is says on the virtual box. Updated graphics, a bit better AI, high quality audio, and a big blast of nostalgia. It's a bit of culture shock coming from a modern total war game like Warhammer 2 without lots of the quality of life and just better features, but if you want that just play Rome 2 total war instead. All in all I certainly can't be mad with this remastering, and I'm really excited for the mods to come, since I think that'll be the biggest deal with this remaster.

Scratches the itch that only technical modpacks from minecraft were able to scratch for me before. Definitely worth your money if those were your jam back in the day. Also playing this game gives you a sense of accomplishment when you reach milestones and goals, so it's kinda dangerous cause you can just sit down and play this game for 5 hours and feel like you've accomplished a lot today, even if you were just playing a video game.

Phenomenal game. Shows what VR is capable of and really is what the genre needs to push the tech into mainstream. Looking forward to more like this!

Pretty upsetting the game still randomly freezes at the beginning of the 3rd level every time. Game breaking bug unfortunately.

Great game. Devs provide updates big updates for it fairly regularly and follow their roadmap very well. Multiplayer functions well and adds a lot of replayability. That plus the character unlock system and the recent skills update makes this a great game to play and come back to every now and again.

Big fan. Wonderful story, great combat and puzzles. High replayability.
