The story is very bare bones, and barely there honestly, you have to do a lot of digging to find it, and you can easily miss a lot of things

But if you wanna shut your mind off, and kill some things with TONS of upgrades and weapons, tons of enemies and tons of...everything...in a very statisfying 2d gameplay, recommended. It's sort of a roguelite? Each death you'll move closer to unlocking something new, which is added into the pool of stuff you can find during a run. There are no perma buffs - which is something I really don't like on modern roguelikes(lites? I dunno), so a huge plus for that, but at the same time the game isn't brutally hard(it's not easy though!)

Honestly, Easily Game of the year 2020 for me, by a big big landslide.

Servers are really bad right now, and it's tough to get in, but the game is great IMO.

Wouldn't recommend purchasing NOW honestly, give it a few days. But it's def a TL3 game and I enjoyed it, for the 10 minutes I managed to play, obviously need more time.

Super fun! I wish the managing part was a bit more in depth, but otherwise great game.

Pretty long, and it can get repetative (6 hours in and I'm only just starting)

Age of empires 2 as you remember it, with TONS of little quality of life updates, better graphics and 2 new DLC expansions(Which include, new campaigns and new civs!)

Multiplayer is...okish. Playable but could be better. LAN support is also a huge PLUS. <3.

Amazing Game, Feels like crimsonland 2.0.

Nothing new or ground breaking, but super fun, great if you just want to relax and mow down some lovecraftian horrors in endless waves.

Wish there was a bit more options for survival mode, but the campaign is well worth the price!

The only downside is that the DLC(For science!) Is def a must have, I can't imagine the game without the DLC, it adds a lot of essential perks and weapons.

For those of you who are coming from a non Disgaea background,

A humerous, tactical RPG which is *ALL* about the grind. The level cap is 9999, any level can be replayed at any time, there are randomly generated levels called "Item worlds", tons of classes and skills to choose from. If you like levelling up, this is your game.

There is an INSANE amount of content in this game, you can easily play a 100 hours and over, with the item world, plus with the tons, and tons of different classes and types.

HOWEVER - there is missing content, which is mostly related to "online" features(Sending gifts and custom maps). Which are, meh at best on the console version, so part of me is actually happy they are gone.

Full disclousre: I am a huge fan of the tabletop game.

With the new update, this game is now AMAZING on PCs, it includes quite a bit of sets, so the base game as a lot of content.

Def a must buy for deck building fans, especially at that cheap price!

You get saints row. And its the best thing ever. Theres SO MUCH STUFF in here and the game doesnt make any sense half of the time, but...but

I swear to you, its the most fun you'll ever have. The action doesnt stop.

Best part?

No annoying train or RC missions. And you dont have to follow that damn train, cj!
