The only lacking thing about the physics is the feel of an actual car and pedals. I learned how to drive on snowy stages after actually driving on snow IRL with summer tires and testing the grip in person. That says everything about physics.

Game is easy and pretty comfy.

Obviously, when you build a lot of houses, people will ♥♥♥♥ in them and have 5 babies each. And even more obviously, children need food and can't work. Same can apply to nomads but that's because you forgot bulding more food gathering things or didn't care enough.
